About Me

My name is Angela-- a mid-twenties teacher in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I attended the University of Wisconsin and studied History, and also received a teaching degree from the University of Wisconsin, at Milwaukee. I live with my boyfriend near my school, and teach World History to high school students.

While I've always called Wisconsin home, I have a pretty intense desire to learn about other places, people and cultures. When I'm not teaching I spend most of my time shopping, reading, watching sports (go Packers & Badgers!), checking out nature, and staying active.

My goal for this blog is to share all the facets of my life-- from my career in education, my passion for history, my desire for a balanced life, and the (sometimes) tragic comedy that I live.
